Kubota price

I looked at a 7 year old Kubota L4200 (27 hours on a new motor, the old one burned up after a previous owner put a stick through the radiator) today. It comes with a loader, back blade, forklift forks for the loader and a backhoe. It seems to be in good shape, runs great, everything works and the seller is reputable, a friend of my wifes family. The guy wants $18,000. Seem fair?

Yes it does sound like a good deal. High auction price for a bare tractor is nearly 17,000. ....
